Modem Technician

We Fast Solutions Limited presently have a position available for Modem Technician.

You will be working within residential & commercial properties replacing modems in smart meters in Gisborne, New Zealand. You will be trained on the product and get certifications from the end client.

As part of this, you will need to communicate with customers, record evidence and documents for each job on a smartphone, and operate to a high standard of work.

What you'll need to succeed
- Level 1 First Aid Certificate
- Basic hand tools
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work unsupervised
- High attention to detail
- Desirable - an interest in new technologies
- Have high customer service
- Be computer/tablet literate
- Be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Be able to travel nationwide

**Salary**: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
