Health New Zealand, is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the Ashburton
Hospital WellFood Department. Join our dedicated and hard-working WellFood
Department and help feed our tūroro (patients) and whānau (families).
**You will be responsible for**:

- Carrying out the general

kitchen and cleaning duties which will include washing dishes
- Providing great customer
service to our tūroro (patients) and their whānau
- Trayline dishing up of
meals and desserts
- Collecting meal trays
**from our tūroro (patients)
- Closing the caf Shifts Available**:

- Shift 10.5FTE (20 hours a week)

3pm - 7pm Thursday to Monday
- Shift 20.6FTE (24 hours a week)

9am - 2pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
3pm - 7pm Wednesday

Salary starting rate $23.75 per
hour. Based on the E tū Service and Food Workers collective agreement
