**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a **Customer Services Administrator**. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting internal and external teams, managing customer service processes, and ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks to meet client expectations.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage customer requests, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry in the customer service system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any customer concerns.
- Maintain customer records, update information in the system, and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with internal reporting, preparing monthly summaries, and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
