**The Opportunity**:
Supervise and support your three direct reports, to consistently deliver great customer service and manage the provision of accurate administration and data management for seed testing and certification laboratory services.

Reporting to the Seed Laboratory Manager, you will be based in AsureQuality's Palmerston North Seed Laboratory. This is a full-time permanent position, that involves working minimum 40 hours per week between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support three Seed Administrators.
- Participate in daily administration operations for the Seed Lab, ensuring highly accurate data processing and that performance standards set by MPI and International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) are met.
- Process improvement and streamlining databases.
- Conduct monthly reporting, purchasing and planning.

**About You**:

- Ideally have prior experience in a team leader / supervisor role and a natural ability to mentor and motivate people.
- Must have administration and customer service experience, ideally within a laboratory environment.
- High attention to detail and systematic / methodical thinking is essential.
- Having an agricultural qualification will be advantageous, but not a must.
- Great ability to learn new computer systems and company processes in a quick manner.
- Team player, friendly and supportive with a can-do attitude.
