**Main responsibilities**:
- Professionally answer inbound phone calls and answer queries, take messages or direct calls as appropriate, with a high level of customer service
- Provide an integral link in the delivery of routine and non-routine maintenance services to customers
- Schedule and coordinate trade personnel in response to customer requirements
- Perform data entry duties into our ERP (Pronto Xi)
- Collate, manage, prepare and vet jobs for invoicing
- Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, reports, presentations and/or publications
- Build relationships with our local and key accounts to ensure the best customer service is provided
**The role requirements include**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar role ideally within the building services industry
- Previous Pronto experience would be an advantage
- Outstanding communication skills
- Advanced to intermediate MS Office skills particularly Excel
- Previous experience in a call centre/service delivery preferred
- High level of accuracy
