**Starting salary**: $89,544 - $ 105,346 negotiable + superannuation

Te tūnga | The role

This role is permanent based in Wellington. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Portfolio office, your focus is to support a long-term system renewal programme. You'll be working within a supportive team environment, providing coordination, support and advice to the programme manager and other specialists helping remediate several systems that provide critical statistics that support government decision making.

- Experience supporting Project/Programme managers in day-to-day activities, maintaining a high level of situational awareness for the status and progress of the programme and projects
- Experience working with Project/Programme managers, and other key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a programme or project
- Experience in a similar role that includes record and document management, process, and procedures, working within project and programme management frameworks
- Experience in monthly reporting, preparation of governance documents, and papers.
- Understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures.
