The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

The Albert Street residential facility supports ten whai ora experiencing mental health or addictions issues. The Team Coach for this service ideally needs to have excellent risk assessment skills, knowledge of mental health diagnoses and corresponding treatment options, strong relationship skills with our stakeholders, and the ability to provide leadership and management of our dedicated kaimahi. You'll inspire every member of your team to exceed their personal best and to be an active team contributor.

You | Mōu

You will have:

- Leadership experience and be great at building team culture
- The ability to cope under pressure and use your own initiative in a flexible and changing environment
- Great risk assessment and management skills, and goal planning skills
- A current full New Zealand driver's licence
- A current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
- A minimum of a level 4 certificate in mental health or youth work or equivalent
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi
