**YOUR ROLE**

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the new role of Airfreight Operations Manager, leading and supporting our operational team to achieve optimal performance in workflow management and customer satisfaction.- In this hands-on operational management role, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our Auckland operation. Your expertise will be essential in providing advanced technical knowledge and support across a diverse range of operational activities, policies, programs, and practices.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:
- Compile necessary documents for inbound and outbound shipments, and generate final invoices as needed
- Accurately record all shipment information into the company's tracking and accounting systems in a timely manner
- Provide customers with prompt and precise information to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Execute financial and operational reporting in line with global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and milestones
- Supervise the CFS/Warehouse operation and provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
