Our opening date is set for August 2024 we are seeking a Duty Manager to join the team. You’ll play a key part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an awesome shopping experience for our community.

**As Duty Manager you will**:

- Provide a high level of customer service and assisting customers where needed.
- Manage the staffing, shop standards, and store closing responsibilities across the Dry Goods departments.
- Ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers.
- Help deliver on financial performance targets including budgets, wastage, and sales forecasting.
- Work across any area of the store as required.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven duty manager experience and managers liquor licence.
- Experience within grocery, chilled & frozen foods or liquor are advantageous.
- Reliability, integrity, and a team player
- Self-starter aptitude and a flair for seamlessly transitioning between diverse departments are your forte.
- Forklift license is advantageous.
