About the Role
As a Vendor Replenishment Planner, you will provide expertise support through our vendor-managed inventory service. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with key grocery customers, ensuring customer demand is met and appropriate levels of inventory are maintained in the customer distribution warehouse.
This role is vacant due to an internal promotion and will be based in our Head office in Nelson Street and is the opportunity to grow your career in our Supply Chain space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer inventory requirements, ensuring timely fulfilments and understanding product needs
- Responsibility for smooth portfolio operation, optimizing stock levels, mitigating out-of-stock and seasonal demand impacts
- Facilitate the introduction and removal of product lines in the distribution center
- Efficiently managing stock and optimize ordering for a seamless supply chain impact
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across the business
- Support planning team projects, ensure accurate analysis/reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement and S&OP processes

About you
- Proven experience working with a planning and supply chain environment is essential
- An understanding of systems such as SAP, Sales Force Excel, MS Office Suite is advantageous
- Self-driven individual with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail and good time management
- The ability to Build strong lasting relationships with stakeholders across the business
