We're looking for a detail-driven Demand and Replenishment Planner to join a dynamic FMCG team.
If you have exceptional analytical skills and experience in the FMCG sector, this could be your next career moveAbout the Role: As a Demand and Replenishment Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring products are available at the right time to meet customer demand.
You'll be responsible for forecasting, stock management, and inventory optimisation while collaborating with various teams to maximise sales and minimise wastage.Key Responsibilities:Stock Management: Oversee stock allocation and replenishment processes to ensure availability and achieve financial targets.Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate forecast models using insights from key stakeholders, including Finance, Marketing, and Operations.Inventory Optimisation: Manage inventory levels to meet demand while optimising profitability and minimising markdowns.Performance Analysis: Analyse sales and stock performance to support planning and product lifecycle decisions.Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure informed decision-making.Range Segmentation: Apply segmentation strategies to maximise product availability across the range.About You:Proven experience in FMCG demand planning and inventory management, with knowledge of shelf life complexities.Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of retail business models.Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and inform decisions.Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.A proactive and energetic approach, with the ability to manage tasks independently.A passion for food and a commitment to delivering a customer-focused experience.A team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups and contribute to a positive working environment.What's in it for You?A collaborative and empowering work environment where your contributions are valued.Opportunities to grow within a business that's shaping the future of FMCG in New Zealand.A chance to make a real impact by ensuring customers have access to the best products at the right time.Flexible work conditions, a day off on your birthday, and team discounts on exceptional products.If you're detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about food, we'd love to hear from you
