H2R Consulting are immediately looking for a talented **Senior Remuneration Analyst** for a fixed term assignment. This role is within a Wellington based organisation which does amazing things for the people of NZ. **The role / you**:

- This role will utlise your highly honed Excel skills, along with (ideally) your SQL skills to report, analyse and assist Management with relevant Working Groups make key decisions on pay, gender pay Gap, pay reviews, HR trends etc.
- You will be responsible for designing a new remuneration framework to replace our current complex arrangement of X different remuneration frameworks.
- In this role you will need to model the current state, provide analysis and cost-modelling of options, and to design, model and translate to the future state.
- You will be a data analyst pro who loves to use these skills, who enjoys cause/effect style modelling and ideally you will have designed new remuneration frameworks previously.
- You will be experienced at data modelling with a demonstrated understanding of remuneration frameworks, markets, and practices. You will be comfortable developing cost models associated with remuneration changes and understand employment markets, labour market data, relativities in a public service setting.
