With a strong presence in the market, they take pride in sourcing quality raw materials through their dedicated office in China and operating 20 fully stocked storage facilities in New Zealand and Australia. **Role Overview**:
As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to all laws and regulations while enhancing their Quality and Health & Safety Systems. Joining a team of experienced compliance experts, you will be responsible for various compliance-related tasks, making this a role that offers both challenge and diversity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure legal compliance of new product codes, updating relevant data in the system.
- Maintain meticulous records and update essential documents.
- Produce compliant SDSs, labels, and bag designs for safe chemical usage.
- Manage permits, registrations, and uphold accreditation.
- Handle complaints, investigate incidents, and conduct H&S inspections.
- Participate in regulatory submissions and sustain membership.
- Contribute to the company's overall success with diverse responsibilities.
