**About our role**

This role will see you work Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm with rostered Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at our Hyundai, Isuzu, and Renault dealership in Glenfield, Auckland. The Service Advisor's role is to support the service team in the booking and servicing of customer vehicles, over both the workshop and customer counter. You will provide effective customer service to a standard that drives increased sales, dealership performance, and customer satisfaction.

**Your responsibilities will include**
- Actively promote all of Ingham’s products and services.
- Greet customers at drop off and collection of their vehicle.
- Prepare quotes and invoices for repairs.
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximize repeat business from customer retention.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by accurately receiving and recording booking and parts sales information.
- Customer/Client relations building.
- Attention to detail.

**Skills & Experience requirements**
- A current clean full Driver's Licence.
- Minimum 3+ years of customer service or administration experience.
- Ability to multi-task & cope under pressure situations.
- Professional approach.
- Currently living in New Zealand and/or holding a valid work visa (if applicable).
- Friendly communicator with good English language skills and a high level of personal integrity.
