About the Role

**Additional functions of the TOC include**:

- monitoring, triage and remediation and management of high priority incidents and events that occur outside of normal business hours. This includes escalation to L3 support teams when appropriate.
- Real-time monitoring of all infrastructure for availability, capacity and performance
- Monitoring of backups across our customers and platforms
- Providing patching services across multiple customers and platforms

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, your technical experience should include:

- Passion for IT and a drive to continually improve.
- Proven experience IT Support, Networking and Systems Administration or a similar role.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Server technologies (AD, ADFS, GPO, DNS, DHCP functions)
- Knowledge in Linux Server, SQL, Oracle and backup technologies is definitely beneficial.
- Experience and awareness of ITIL practices.
- Knowledge and awareness of security policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with different key stakeholders.

This a diverse role that provides good insight into a number of areas within IT and is a great place to develop your skillsets and build relationships from within a great and supportive team. It is a 24x7 role so includes rostered shift work.
