**Te Whiwhinga Mahi| The Opportunity**
- You are interested in identifying trends in incidents / events and proactively try and find solutions to prevent repeat incidents and unplanned downtime
- Planned patching of both security, and critical updates on infrastructure
- Familiar with the audit process and ensuring your Infrastructure is compliant
- Contribute to post implementation reviews
- Identify, manage and report all significant risks and internal control weaknesses
- Provide on call services, as scheduled in the ‘on call’ roster and proactively maintain servers

**Ngā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako - Skills & Experience**
- Experience in working with a combination of Active Directory (AD & AAD), Outlook, Exchange (On-prem & EOL), AV, File and Print, SFB, MFA, Radius, Proxies, File clustering, Backup & Restore, Observability, Certifications to name a few
- Building and implementing standalone and clustered servers and some documentation experience
- Experience in Disaster Recovery techniques and Procedures
- Software as a Service provisioning and associated cloud methodologies experience
- 2+ Years’ Systems Engineer experience in a medium to large environment 50 - 100+ servers
- Experience with a wide range of server h/w models for e.g. HP, IBM, Dell etc
