**We are looking for a Grocery Manager to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Royal Oak**

We are looking for a Grocery Manager 2IC to help us deliver the best customer experience and to motivate and inspire our team. And its a large team of over 75 members working 24/7

**The Role;**
- Create, drive and deliver customer experiences worth driving past the competition for
- Organise the operational execution of our grocery department
- Provide the team an awesome place to work, keeping them motivated, happy, and healthy
- Work with the store leadership to build the long-term grocery strategy
- Nail the delivery of customer grumbles - providing winning solutions which keeps loyal customers extra loyal
