What skills you need:

- Management experience of 2 years or more
- Proven operational and procedural knowledge of Customer Service Management
- Basic understanding of Profit and Loss accounts
- Demonstrated ability to coach team members.
- Epic people & communication skills - keep the energy high
- Exceptional time management & organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, keep calm & solve problems under pressure.
- Commitment to working in a high-energy environment where weekends and nights are the norm.
- Passion for providing an excellent internal and external customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
As Night Shift Assistant Manager, you have key responsibilities in leading your troops in our mission to serve up the best damn gourmet burgers our customers have ever eaten.
What will you do?
- Assist with recruiting, training, staff appraisals and assessments.
- Motivating, mentoring, and leading staff to achieve set goals and KPIs.
- Complete store administration and assist store manager with roster, weekly close-off, Kitchen Logbook, monthly audits, etc.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, etc.)
- Adheres to and enforces BurgerFuel policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for the health and well-being of your team in the workplace, food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and maintenance of the store.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
