Are you dynamic individual looking for a positive rewarding challenge? We are looking for an individual to professionally lead, coordinate and organise the Speech Language Therapy workforce for Te Whatu Ora - Waikato. This is a varied role suited to someone who is able to work well in a team environment, prioritise workloads, and enjoys the balance of clinical and professional responsibilities. To be successful in the role, you need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the Manager and other groups of both clinical and non-clinical staff.

- Foster continuous improvement; leads by example and sets the standard for professional behaviour and practice that support a positive, progressive working environment

**Essential qualifications**:

- A relevant allied health tertiary qualification
- Current APC
- Registered member of New Zealand Speech-language Therapists’ Association (NZSTA)
- Previous experience in management/leadership
