**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
Our Performance and Reward team is looking for a Senior Reward Advisor. The key purpose of the role will be to work end to end across the Performance and Reward function to deliver on our key priorities. You will provide service excellence through partnering with key stakeholders across Woolworths New Zealand.

You’ll also be responsible for:

- Delivering the day-to-day operational requirements of Performance & Reward services including remuneration cycles, job evaluations, benchmarking and salary surveys
- Providing analytical and other professional level support to the business including assisting with special studies, preparation of communications materials and drafting plan administrative procedures
- Undertaking market analysis and make recommendations in regards to remuneration levels in line with business requirements and market conditions
- Ensure data integrity of total reward information in the appropriate systems
- Support and collaborate with The People Team in delivering reward analytics and services
- Work within and provide advice on policy and legislation changes to ensure compliance
- Project manage key customer requirements and process / system changes where required
- Collaborate with People Services and People Partners in converting strategy, policy and design into process execution
- Work closely with Payroll to deliver integrated services
- Partner across the Group Performance & Reward Partners
- Support the ongoing review, development and implementation of reward offerings to complement a strong employment proposition in the market
- Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise efficiency and quality of our data

**About You | Mōu**
We are looking for a skilled reward specialist who can demonstrate experience in a large, complex environment.

You’ll also have:

- A minimum of 3 years experience working within the administration of compensation systems
- Solid understanding of compensation concepts, systems and practices, including employment, benefits and compensation -related laws, and job evaluation / analysis systems
- Demonstrated experience in delivering all elements of a compensation cycle including annual remuneration reviews, short term and long term incentive plans and participating in data submissions to 3rd party providers
- Experience in job evaluations and benchmarking in large complex organisations
- Proven proficiency in compensation concepts, HRIS systems, practices, and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in delivering all elements of a compensation cycle including annual remuneration review, short term and long term incentive plans and salary survey submissions to 3rd party providers
- Strong analytical and insight generation skills
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to build strong internal relationships with business stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment contract management
- Exceptional computer skills with all Office and Google suites
- Knowledge of Hay Pay Methodology is highly desirable
- Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Exposure to Agile principles desirable
