**What will you be doing?**

This is a leadership role with accountability for key three areas: Process, Health and Safety, and Quality Systems. Your role - to develop the strategies, establish systems and structure, and drive a culture that is committed to safety and quality.
- Process and Production Engineering: You will lead the production engineering team and influence throughout the production environment to increase productivity by being clever, better and different. This will be driven by metrics such as improvement in capability, capacity, sustainability, quality, health and safety and profitability. This will include managing a number of significant plant improvement or capex projects.
- Quality Systems: You will take charge of the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements and customer standards.
- Health and Safety: You will support the organisation’s commitment to providing and healthy and safe working environment. In this capacity you will focus on the implementation of HS&E standards across the business (e.g. ISO 45001) and work closely with the People and Culture team to ensure a safe and healthy workforce is maintained.

Throughout your career you have proven your ability to establish and maintain systems that have led to operational excellence and set businesses up for future success. You will bring:

- A relevant qualification in Engineering, Technology or other related disciplines.
- Demonstrable experience in the disciplines of Process Engineering, Health and Safety and Quality Management.
- Project management and system implementation experience.
- Strengths as a leader and influencer. You foster collaboration to drive accountability and results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to a range of audiences: senior management and consultants to those on the factory floor.
