**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
The role of the Library Strategy Navigator is to take responsibility for:

- The coordination and delivery of the Library vision and strategy project, resulting in a transformative and compelling vision and strategy co-created with and for the UC community
- Developing a project framework, articulating the UC Library's multi-year roadmap of strategic objectives, milestones and outcomes.

This work is to be undertaken in accordance with the UC Library's overall Te Tiriti-responsive commitment, and our human-centred, user experience (UX) led approaches to service design.

This work requires a diverse range of skills, including communication, reporting, relationship management, research and analysis, scoping, planning and presentation skills, to ensure delivery in a timely and effective manner.

**Mōu | Who You Are**
You have experience with planning and coordinating in a library environment, experience within the UC environment is advantageous.

You enjoy building strong working relationships, engaging with a range of key stakeholders, and working in a collaborative manner.

You show an active commitment to upholding the values, tikanga (protocols and processes), kawa (rules) of cultural practice and traditions as guided by mana whenua, Ngāi Tūāhuriri, and valuing te reo Māori.

You are confidence with a range of user experience (UX)-focussed workshop and facilitation techniques. Project planning and/or change management skills are also desirable.

The UC Library team are passionate about making a positive difference for student and staff learning, teaching and research. The team delivers on-campus and online library engagement services and oversees library learning spaces for the student community.
