The Properties tīma (team) within operational excellence business unit holds a critical support tūranga in BNZ. The Properties tīma are responsible for the execution and delivery of our overarching property proposition, strategy and workplace service functions to ensure we achieve strategic outcomes aligned with our BNZ ambition to deliver world class colleague and customer experience here at BNZ.

**This position is part-time and based onsite at BNZ Centre in Christchurch.**

**Mō te Tūranga | About the tūranga**

We sat down with one of our Tīma Leader's (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following bout the tūranga:
**What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?**
- Provide administration assistance including accounts reconciliation of invoices, office and general reception duties.
- Work closely with events and workplace team to assist in the ordering, organisation of inhouse events and catering.
- Manage first day experience for new colleagues including H&S induction, building tour, introduction to tech and people leader to provide the best first day experience for new BNZers.
- Manage floor concierge day to day tasks to ensure that our BNZers experience on their in
- office days is a great one. And Co-ordinate with workplace services team, cleaners and mailroom staff on day-to-day tasks

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

To be part of the BNZ workplace team in a supportive and collaborative environment, being a workplace services champion that is the first point of contact for BNZers and mailroom deliveries. No two days will be the same

**What technical skills are required for this tūranga?**
- 5+ years of front-line reception and administration experience in a large corporate organisation.
- Excellent communication skills.
