As a Customer Service Officer your role is critical to customer experience by providing an outstanding level of customer service, working from our Box Lobby site on Anglesea Street, Hamilton.

**In this dynamic job you will**:

- Assist customers with retail and box lobby services
- Help with customer complaints and queries
- Sort and dispatch our customer's parcels and mail
- Handle freight in a careful and professional manner
- Liaise with various internal contacts to solve problems and raise issues where required
- Provide administration support

**On Call Availability**:

- Across Monday to Saturday, if and when required

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Be passionate about providing the best customer service
- Be ready for a physically demanding role and be comfortable lifting up to 25kgs
- Be a committed teammate who puts customers first
- Have previous experience in face to face customer service
- Enjoy working hard and be confident managing your time
- Have a valid restricted or full New Zealand drivers license (ideal)
- Have an accurate eye for detail
- Have good geographical knowledge of the Waikato region
