The Opportunity

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our supportive training team as a training and development coordinator.

As our Training Coordinator, you will work closely with managers and employees, to coordinate and organise training courses that will ensure our staff have the right skills to continue succeeding in their roles. This includes ensuring their current skills are up-to-date and assisting them in developing new ones to continue building their careers within Fulton Hogan.

In addition to the above, you will:

- Be the first point of contact for training enquiries from all internal teams
- Develop monthly schedules of training deliveries for our two internal trainers
- Ensure all logistics for training are planned, coordinated, resourced and communicated in a timely and effective manner.
- Update and manage our Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist with the co-ordination of all staff enrolled in tertiary qualifications

What you’ll bring to the table
- You are organised, friendly and have a can do attitude
- Great coordination and organisational expertise
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers
- Detail focused with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills including the MS suite and other training-related software.
- Previous experience within a similar role is advantageous but not essential
