Here at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury we believe that practising the principles of quality improvement and patient safety throughout the organisation will enhance the health care services, improve patient outcomes, increase the job satisfaction of our staff and improve overall organisational effectiveness.

Our supportive Quality and Patient Safety Team are looking for a Nurse Coordinator to join the team, supporting continuous quality improvement and supporting the serious adverse event programme.

**Ko wai koe **| About You**

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation coordinating delegated improvement progreammes. These will be person centred with consumer participation evident in the development, implementation and evaluation. In addition this position has a role in investigation and coordinating serious adverse event reviews.

We are seeking a proficient expert who has significant knowledge and experience in health industry systems.

This is a permanent position based at our office on 32 Oxford Terrace, Waitaha Canterbury, working 40 hours per week (standard business hours).
