Product Support Assistant

Queenstown, New Zealand DFS Group Full time

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Product Support Assistant to join our Product Support team. You will assist in inventory management ranging from stock receive, sales floor stock replenishment, reverse logistics management and delivery of goods to customers. You will partner with the Product Support Coordinator to ensure every assignment is done smoothly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular replenishment of products on sales floor under instruction
- Follow-up on Price Change Notification (PCN) report; print and replace relevant price tag for affected products
- Rotate products in accordance with rotation guidelines
- Consolidate damaged goods from sales floors for Product Support Team Lead to update on defective tools
- Deliver goods to customers in line with location service and facilities offered
- Assist in distribution of paper bags and other supplies
- Support other clerical works when necessary

**Key Requirements**:

- Secondary School, High School or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or related industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Good problem solver and possess a positive attitude
- Able to perform repetitive assemble and loading work in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to perform defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) in a timely manner
- Able to work flexible hours and shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays as required by the needs of the business
