**ACCOUNT MANAGER - AUCKLAND**

We're looking for an energetic and driven Enterprise Account Manager with at least 4 years of experience to join our team. You'll bring your strong business and commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT & Telecommunications ecosystem to the role. Your proactive, hustle-driven approach will meet KPIs and create future opportunities, especially in selling fixed network solutions.

A natural collaborator, you'll build relationships based on trust, influencing positive outcomes and keeping customers at the heart of everything you do. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial as you navigate complex situations and think outside the box. We're looking for someone with a challenger mindset, ready to push boundaries and help us grow in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

**How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira**
- Earn our customers trust by doing what you say you will, learning about our customers businesses and the industries they operate in, tailoring solutions that will solve their business pain points.
- Manage a medium sized portfolio of existing customers and retain this existing business whilst also growing new revenues from "white space" opportunities.
- Develop, execute and maintain a sales plan that grows the revenue of the region by retaining existing customers' business and winning new business.
- Establish credibility and trust with customers to gain access to Executive level contacts, and drive stakeholder engagements between customers and 2degrees Executive where appropriate.
- Act as an advisor to help guide technology decisions and business cases.
- Drive commercial negotiations in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders and execute it through team and resources
