We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, organised, and proactive Senior Quality Advisor, to join our team in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
Working closely with the Operations Director NZ and Quality team ANZ, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our integrated management system to ensure statutory and contractual compliance, promoting systems and leading efforts in continual improvement, auditing, and ongoing monitoring of programs.
Day to day tasks include:
- Provide support to the production of tenders around Quality & Environmental Systems and Assurance.
- Provide advice on, and monitor compliance with, the requirements of approved Quality Assurance & Environmental Management Standards.
- Liaise with other regions Quality resources to ensure we are maintaining best practice across the business.
- Conduct Quality and other system audits across the business.
- Monitor and support the corrective action programme, office action plans and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain quality & Environmental Management System records
- Develop and deliver training for team members on quality and environmental management system principles and processes.
**Qualifications**
To be considered for the position of Senior Quality Advisor, you must have the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Science, Engineering, other)
- Successful track record in field of expertise and substantial Quality experience
- Exemplar Global qualifications in quality auditing preferred
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects and meeting delivery requirements
- Exceptional teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation, training and workshop facilitation skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
