You will be responsible for producing the show weekdays 3-7pm and will manage and run all the facets of the live show; screening callers and executing audio and social elements within the show, on and off-air.

You’ll be a creative contributor with the ability to lead planning sessions, brainstorming and developing content for the show with both Brad & Laura and The Hits Content Director.

As a part of the wider Hits team, you will also work with the General Manager and Promotions Director on promotional activity and the digital/social strategy for The Hits Drive.

**ABOUT YOU**:
Previous experience as a producer for a radio show is essential. You'll also know how to build positive relationships with your team, you lead with great energy, communication, and a big dose of fun.

You won’t just handle the dynamic 'hustle and bustle' of live radio - you’ll thrive on it

Camera, video editing, Photoshop and social media skills are handy as you keep Brad & Laura top of mind with creative digital content.
