Work for a small but fun and vibrant team based in Panmure.

Our client is an eccommerce business and has a temporary requirement for an experience retail customer service assistant to work in their showroom. This is a sole charge role but it will be well supported by the other teams as the showroom is attached to the head office and warehouse.

**This is 2-3 month temporary assignment working 4 days per week (including at least one weekend day).**

**Duties include**:

- Meeting andgreeting customers as they enter the showroom to make them feel welcome
- Proficiency in all company systems, till & eftpos (training will be provided)
- Arranging stock in a manner that is visually appealing allows ease of movement for customers
- Create and maintain showroom signage to ensure all products are clearly labelled with accurate information and pricing
- Provide customer feedback.
- Manage showroom samples.
- Investigate and solve any customer issues as quickly as possible.
- Encourage sign-up, buying online, or purchase from the showroom (allocated cash and carry/samples/seconds items only if from floor)
- Prior experience as a showroom/retail store assistant.
- Experience selling products and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
- Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
- Excellentverbal & written skills.
