**The Role**:

- Visit and service existing clients and grow wallet share. (Approx 80% time existing). Selling them sustainable packaging solutions that are innovative, fit-for-purpose and on-brand
- Identify, prospect and secure new client relationships.

- Liaise with all internal stakeholders to achieve client goals and exceed expectations.

This role will combine office / team time with being out on the road visiting clients.

**About you**:
Passionate and committed to success, you are a positive person who genuinely enjoys this fast-paced and ever evolving industry.
- You are in the Packaging, Labels or Print Industry with strong relationships with food or beverage manufacturing clients. Industrial Packaging background would also be considered, particularly if you also know print.
- You understand what is critical to key clients when making a supplier partner decision.
- A highly engaging relationship builder with strong commercial acumen.
- You enjoy creating new relationships and driving sales growth.
- Professional, confident and able to work in a team to initiate and follow-through with initiatives.
- Strong negotiation, reporting and computer skills.
- Comfortable with presenting to new clients and pitching for tenders.
- You must a great sense of humor and genuinely enjoy a highly innovative environment
