Job Description:

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Casual Assistant Programme Manager. As a key member of our programme delivery team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily supervision and coordination of activities, managing relationships with parents and schools, and supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 5-12
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and school staff
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging programmes and activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth programme operation

Requirements:

  • A strong passion for working with children and helping them develop confidence
  • Previous experience working with children or in the childcare/education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Valid NZ work/student visa or NZ residency/citizenship
  • 21 years or older (due to Social Security regulations)
