Starting in this varied and busy role will expose you to all facets of the recruitment industry. Essentially the administrator is the engine that keeps a recruitment business humming.
- Your typical day would be supporting senior management and the consultants across a variety of duties such as:
- Processing applicant information, conducting checks e.g., Reference and Criminal checks.
- Entering applicant data into our state of the art ATS system
- Handling and addressing queries from consultants, applicants, temporary staff, and clients
- Entering payroll hours, Leave (timesheet data) etc., into the system
- Assisting to maintain and conduct health and safety processes
- Data and document management maintaining business compliance
- General administration tasks as and when required

We are not a typical corporate office - we are energetic, creative, loud, and we are looking for someone who could fit into our vibrant team culture
- Key attributes for this role:
- 100% energetic with a desire and passion for getting the job done
- Sales skills - Recruitment is all about building relationships and if you want to progress into a recruitment role you will need a natural sales ability.
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal and not be afraid to ask questions
- Computer literate - Intermediate or higher level
- Good organisation skills and understanding how to prioritise your day

As part of the ERG Team you will have:
- An opportunity to play a hands-on role in growing the ERG business & culture
- Well defined Internal process & systems with external & internal training

Ideally you may have:
- 2 - 3 years office experience in a Sales, Customer service, or an Administration based role and would love to give Recruitment a go.
