**Your new role**
The primary purpose of the HR Capability Manager role is to work in partnership with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen the organisation for a sustainable future.
As a member of the General Manager’s Senior Leadership Team, the HR Capability Manager will contribute to ensuring that the organisation has the organisational culture, capacity and competencies required to deliver on the educational, compliance, and workforce-skills that strengthen the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience and success in a senior HR capability leadership role(s)
- Proven resilience and agility to operate effectively in complex and challenging environments
- Proven ability and consistent desire to work at pace whilst actively managing culture, operational, and organisational risks
- Expertise in the preparation of written documentation, presentations, and resources that support the implementation of organisational development initiatives within challenging environments
- The right to work in New Zealand, must be a permanent resident or citizen of NZ.
- Current Class 1 driver’s licence
- Desirable: Ideally, a successful track record
