**About the Role**

We’re looking for an amazing part timer to support our full time customer care team We want our employees to have work life balance, but we service Australia and New Zealand, so this part time role covers the 5pm to 8pm shift, Monday to Friday.

As it is the late shift, we will set you up with a laptop and headset and you can take inbound calls from patients, make outbound calls to arrange follow up appointments and assisting with additional customer service tasks all from the comfort of your home.

There will be a paid period of training period of 2 weeks, full time so we can train you to fly solo, but we figure this will help build some great relationships with the rest of the team so you can feel supported, even though you don't see them every day.

To be successful for this role, you must have a reliable internet connection and a space in your home where you can work uninterrupted for the entirety of your shift.

**About the Team**

When our customers book with us, it's the customer care team that makes sure they have all of the important information about what to expect. Once they have had their MoleMap, it's the customer care team that co-ordinates between the customer, the Melanographer and the Dermatologist. When there is a diagnosis, it's the customer care team that makes sure their report gets to them quickly, is accurate and informative about the appropriate next steps they need to take.

**About You**

The following personal attributes will see you stand out from everyone else:

- Proven experience working in an inhouse call centre and will be highly regarded.
- Experience using 8x8 call centre program and the Team's and Office 365 environment.
- Reliable, with strong work ethic and a reluctance to let the team down.
- Positive, open and growth minded
- Warm, articulate and able to use previous experience to get up to speed quickly.

**Your Skills**:
Ideally you will have:

- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
- Excellent listening skills and an ability to empathise
- Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative
- Great attention to detail
- Amazing written and verbal communication skills
- To be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
- A positive mindset and passion for customer service
- Be the ultimate team player
