**Our Client Care Coordinators are the first face our clients meet on their hearing journey. This role provides an exceptional client care experience with every interaction. This is based at our New Plymouth and Hawera clinic.**

**Our Client Care Coordinators are the first face our clients meet on their hearing journey. This role provides an exceptional client care experience with every interaction. As part of a wider team, you will work closely with our Audiologists, Ear Nurses, other Client Care Coordinators and of course our clients.**
**About the role**:
**We are in search for a personable, dynamic, and hard-working customer service extraordinaire to join our vibrant team based in mainly our Fielding/ **Palmerston North clinics **. **As our Client Care Coordinator, you will be making a real difference in the lives of those with hearing loss. Therefore, this is a perfect opportunity for **someone who by nature derives satisfaction in helping others by bringing a positive change to their life.**
**This is a varied role working closely with our clinicians, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the scheduling of our clinicians’ time, customer service including hearing aid repairs, onsite hearing screening and on selling of consumables **. This role will see you work across our Fielding, Levin and Palmerston North clinics and occasionally Whanganui. Travel and mileages allowances available.**
**This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (Yay to No weekend job)**
