Covering the Night-shift, you will be working in a complex and technical inbound dispatch environment supporting our facility management services nationwide.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Respond to incoming calls, providing advice, escalating as necessary.
- Receive and manage work orders received from our client, liaising directly with Subcontractors and our Client to ensure contractual KPI compliance is achieved in relation to service delivery.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented when liaising with the subcontractors and the Spotless trades people thereby minimising the company’s exposure to risk, including subcontract extensions and other critical activity.
- Data entry into WMS, including documentation of approval and directions.

- Proven experience in providing quality customer service through sound communication and customer management skills, including issue and conflict resolution.
- Proven team player, able to work toward common goals and participate in quality improvements.
- Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge (or already have knowledge) of service and products.
- Logical.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work unsupervised demonstrating independence and drive and ownership and commitment.
- Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving the team goals.
