**The Opportunity**
With our production continuing to grow we are looking for a new supervisor to come and join our team, one in our Electronics - Security/Transformers department on the afternoon shift starting at 3.00 pm and finishing at 12.00 am midnight.
We are looking for someone with a passion for driving superior performance, who can effectively maximize available resources, achieve production schedules and deliver to timelines to help us deliver on our promise to our customer.

**If successful in this role you will**

- Be responsible for planning production each week and managing the day-to-day delivery,
- Have Strong problem-solving capability, with experience in root cause analysis and supporting a culture of everyone getting involved in the process,

- Manage team performance and outputs,
- Advocate for continuous improvements,
- Lead by example, promoting the thinking of ‘us’ rather than ‘I’,
