**About the role**

This recently vacated role leads a team of learning professionals to develop and rollout learning for our regulatory staff. It is a time of exciting change as we introduce a new Act, replace our business system, and strive to be an intelligence
- led, risk-based modern regulator.

You will bring your mana and learning expertise to enable this new capability to be embedded in our workforce. This role has the potential to make a real and sustained difference.

**What we’re looking for**
- Extensive experience as a learning professional, preferably with experience in building regulatory capability.
- Experience of leading and building high performing teams.
- Experience in contemporary learning design, delivery, and assessment
- Strong learning practice thought leadership.
