**About the opportunity**

As Executive Talent Partner you will join Fonterra in a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to really make an impact and define how you will add value in the position.

Joining the newly created Executive Talent Team and reporting to the Head of Executive Talent Succession, you will be part of the wider Talent, Culture and Future Capabilities Team which is responsible for developing the talent management strategy and implementation across the global business.

With plenty of initiative, you will be part of rolling out strategic talent initiatives across the business alongside providing key leadership insights that will shape organisation-wide agendas.

Holding accountability for managing a talent portfolio, ensuring that robust, diverse leadership succession plans are in place for all executive roles, this role will play a pivotal role in coaching and supporting the People and Culture community to implement a new succession management framework within their respective Business Units.

As a specialist in talent management, you will provide guidance and advice including the appropriate use of processes, tools, techniques, and overall approaches.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support the Head of Executive Talent Succession in partnering with the P&C Directors and Business Partners to develop cross-functional succession plans for all executive roles
- Facilitate Business Unit conversations to validate succession plans
- Coach on Talent Succession Framework and tools required to build robust succession and development plans

**About You**

With a passion for Talent and Development, you truly understand and care about the development of our people.
- You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources and have proven experience creating and delivering Talent Management initiatives and using psychometric tools.

With strong communication skills, you build trusted relationships and confidently influence, connect, and empathize across a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- An analytical and commercial thinker, you understand the connection between business performance and talent. Along with your strong technical grounding, you balance innovation with pragmatism to execute programs that ensure we have the talent we need to succeed in the future.
Key skills and experience:

- Experience in creating and driving Talent Management initiatives
- Knowledgeable and robust understanding of the use of psychometric tools
- Strong relationship management skills
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources
- Be a confident communicator who can influence without authority
