**The opportunity**

We are looking for a recent Marketing Communications graduate to join our small but impactful Marketing & Communications team looking after our NZ Pacific Region. Be part of a global insurer, but with a down to earth culture.

You will work closely with our Marketing and Communications Partner, who will support and guide you, however you'll also need to be confident to ask for support where required and be proactive in managing your workload.

Based in Auckland, you will enjoy a diverse, fast paced role giving you exposure to various facets of marketing, giving you a solid grounding to developing your Marketing Communications career in a company culture that values its people & their development. You will have opportunities to develop your career in NZ or in our international offices.

**Your new role**

You will have a range of activities from marketing, communications, and event management. Key responsibilities of your role will include:

- Coordinating and delivering marketing and communication tasks across multiple departments.
- Assisting and coordinating external broker events, leveraging sponsorships, and internal staff events.
- Providing on-site support at events including set up and pack down (some after-hours, and/or travel required occasionally).
- Review presentations and/or documentation, checking for formatting and proof reading.

**About you**

You are an energetic, proactive Marketing & Communications graduate, who enjoys taking initiative and working collaboratively as a team. You will also have:

- A degree in Marketing or Communications and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders & ability to develop relationships with all levels.
- Strong ability in prioritising, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Happy to roll up your sleeves to do administrative tasks as required.
- Confidence with writing content and copy.
- Excellent MS skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
