Reception Administrator

S Auto Garage is a family-owned panel beater and paint workshop. We are located in Onehunga, Auckland. We are on the hunt for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team.
**About the role**
Answering inquiries and providing information on the services
Arranging and recording details of appointments
Collect, sort, and distribute all incoming correspondence. Handel all external correspondence including mail, courier, and packages.
Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies
Prepare and track budgets, pay bills, and do banking and invoicing
Undertake any other activities necessary for the smooth and efficient running of the business
30-32 dollars per hour
Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.
**Skills and knowledge**
Must have relevant qualification
Relevant reception or admin experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong MS Office skills
Knowledge of budgeting and office finance system
