**Who we’re looking for**:
Our third-party partners around the world are strategically important to our business, so we’re looking for a technical expert who can understand the connections between our partners’ hardware and our software, and maintain strong relationships with our partners and internal stakeholders alike.

This role will support our market teams on large-scale projects, liaise with our Third Party Partners on these projects, and ensure the proposed solutions are technically sound. As the team’s technical expert on partner products, the third party analyst will help the squad work with the partners’ equipment in our development environment.

Building lasting relationships is one of Gallagher’s core values, so establishing a range of partner relationships and connecting our partners to the right people inside Gallagher will be a key part of this role. Working with partners this role you will be responsible for new third party product releases, changes to existing products, and managing product obsolesce through the Gallagher sales channel.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Assisting our sales teams and channel partners with bespoke project requests
- Liaising with partners on business as usual, escalations, and price updates.
- Being a strong advocate of our partners and their products.
- Validating new products through Gallagher’s systems and releasing them ready for market.
- Ensuring external documentation is technically correct, readily available, and easily understood.
- Analysing competitor products and positioning.
- Technically savvy, and willing to learn and deeply understand all the products in our ecosystem.
- A great communicator who is comfortable engaging at all levels: with sales teams, partners, our development squad, and value owners.
- A creative problem solver who continuously looks for ways to improve our practices to create better customer and team outcomes.
- Detail orientated, ensuring accuracy across all areas of work from pricing models to technical documentation.
