A fantastic and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic & motivated Team Administrator. Full time position.

**Your new company**
This highly reputable government agency has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services across New Zealand. This organisation is contributing to many different projects happening around New Zealand and due to an increased workload are looking for a Team Administrator to join their team to provide support to the senior managers and wider team.

This organisation is needing you to start as soon as possible and will be an ongoing temporary contract into the new year.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be responsible for providing a range of administration, coordination and support to your team and the senior managers.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- General administrative duties as per the requirements of the team/managers
- You will be arranging travel and accommodation for the senior managers and wider team
- Organising events and workshops
- Assisting with financial processes
- Working closely with the project coordination team to deliver to efficient and high quality work

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred but not essential
- Be a team player
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks at once
- Have a proactive approach to all tasks
- Proficient with Excel
