He angitūtanga - The opportunity
Our Frontline Regulators team provides oversight of accredited bodies (CAANZ and CPA). and licensed supervisors (Public Trust, Trustees Executors, Guardian Trust, Covenant, Anchorage).
In the role of Senior Adviser, your day will include proactive engagement with senior external and internal stakeholders in relation to leading work across various areas including:

- Monitoring compliance of license obligations
- Assessment of regulatory reports and notifications provided by supervised entities
- Advising on and responding to non-compliance events
- Undertaking ongoing engagement and onsite reviews of supervised entities
- Developing, implementing and maintaining new and existing regulatory regimes and engage with stakeholders - we engage transparently and regularly with our regulated entities and broader stakeholders group as relevant to the ecosystem in which our regulated entities operate

He kōrero mōu - About you
To be successful in this role, you'll have experience within the financial services sector and ideally have a legal or regulatory background with a good working knowledge of monitoring systems, policies, and processes.
You'll bring strong analytical and communication skills and be accustomed to building and maintaining relationships through your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and develop.
