Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Cloud Environments Manager to lead our cloud journey into the future We have a Cloud First strategy and most of our development workloads have been moved to the Cloud. As our Cloud Environments Manager, you will support this by working as part of each scrum team to implement and manage the Non-Production Environments to support the effective deployment of initiatives within time and budget constraints.

You'll do this through;
- Minimising environmental drift
- Ensuring consistency across environments
- Providing assurance that they are fit-for-purpose

You'll also need to make sure we get our development pipeline right, support our test team to move workflows between environments with a high level of confidence, and ensure policies and processes are in place for regular rightsizing of Cloud resources.

Mōu - About you You'll come from a technical IT background, with a deep working knowledge of development, integration, deployment SDLC and the systems required to ensure continuous delivery.
Be prepared to tell us about your experience with enterprise scale IaaS environments including container technologies and tools (preferably AWS), and with CI/CD. You will quickly build credibility and trust with both the teams you work with and our third-party partners, and your experience navigating complex environments will prove that you can grasp new concepts quickly. Alongside the above, you'll couple this with
- Proven Environments Management experience, particularly within Cloud environments
- A strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges with creative solutions
- Stellar communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience of complex analysis, assessment, and delivery of appropriate recommendations
