Lighting Technician

Due to the expansion of our company's business, we are looking for technical personnel with the following background knowledge and experience (but not limited to):
**Responsibilities**:
- Quality upgrade or modification of lighting products.
- Detect and repair customer returns, defective merchandise.
- Handle difficult problems independently and provide customers with effective technical solutions.
- Reassembly, testing, operation and adjustment.
- Troubleshooting and Repair - Ability to diagnose problems and make necessary repairs or install replacement parts.
- When the warehouse is busy, you will be required to assist with warehouse pickups, express delivery, and preparation of materials, packaging, and shipping orders before shipment.
- Assist other departments with some work needs.
Applicants must have:
- You have a strong work ethic and are a team player.
- Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
- Basic English reading and speaking skills.
- Be healthy, in good physical condition, and able to carry heavy objects.
- Clear-minded, organized and safety-conscious.
- with experience in electronic technology, basic electrical engineering, automation control and maintenance.
- Have more than 5 years of experience in after-sales maintenance in the electrical industry.
- Proficient in using power tools and instruments to test electronic components.
- Ability to recognize electrical schematic diagrams.
- Proficient in computer operation.
- Experience working within health and safety guidelines.
To do this, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong industry and product knowledge, a constant focus on safety, a high level of initiative, the ability to think clearly under pressure, and most importantly, a team player
