Our Palmerston North branch is seeking a motivated, switched on Branch Administrator to join their close knit, friendly team.

As the first point of contact for our customers both over the phone and in the showroom you will provide product knowledge and support, process orders and complete quotations as required. Other general administration duties such as receiving/sending mail, coordinating deliveries, filing, invoicing and debt collection are part of this role.

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a customer service or administration background. You need to be a self-motivated and highly organised individual who can read plans and specifications accurately to prepare quotes. Computer literacy is essential as is a can do attitude and customer service focus.
