As the Treasury Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Treasurer in delivering the Treasury function, providing Treasury Settlements services, reconciliation of Treasury activity, and analysis of liquidity and foreign currency related transactions and exposures.

This is where you come in
- Develop treasury settlement expertise. Settle and reconcile all Treasury activity with subsidiary companies and banks.
- Provide analytical support for the Treasury function including currency risk management, interest risk management and cashflow forecast modelling through the use of Treasury systems and advanced excel.
- Develop a reporting suite that efficiently provides information on Treasury activity to stakeholders - including Fisher & Paykel management and the parent entity Haier.
- Support offshore subsidiaries in the management and understanding of their currency risks
- Support the renewal of the Fisher & Paykel Appliances global insurance programmes.

Skills and attributes required
- University qualified with a minimum of 3 years required working for a medium to large organisation where tasks were completed to strict company policies and procedures.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in using an ERP system - JDE or similar.
- Continuous improvement to enhance current procedures.
- Curiosity and drive to investigate current practises ensuring accurate reporting and insights.
